Biography
Steve
Feazel has performed standup comedy since 1992. He created and
taught a standup comedy class at Indiana University in its Continuing
Studies Program at Indianapolis. In addition to doing standup,
Steve has conducted humor seminars for corporations and educational
institutions.
Steve wrote and began performing his one-man
comedy/drama in 2000. It has become popular with various organizations
where he has presented it in dinner theater and concert format and
at special events. This comedy/drama is entitled Okay, Where’s
the Remote? Steve has a version of his comedy/drama that fits well
with corporations and one for religious groups.
His comedy is
clean, and he can also customize a standup comedy program for a corporate
event or any organization. Steve was one of the creators and
original producers of the TV show Bananas, which features Christian
Comedians.
Steve is a screenplay writer and he wrote
and produced the award winning documentary, “Every Young Man’s Battle,”
based on the book by the same name that warns of the dangers of pornography. He has had screenplays optioned by a production company. He has been a seminar presenter at Screenwriters’ Expo in Los Angeles
on the topics of “Producing Documentaries” and “Writing for the Christian
Audience.”
Steve has ventured into writing books and is represented
by literary agent, Joyce Hart of Pittsburgh. Much of his non-fiction
writing deals with the cultural war. He wrote and produced the
award-winning video, Every Young Man’s Battle, He conducts seminars
related to this video.
Steve has served as a pastor and as an
adjunct college professor, teaching courses in business, writing,
and drama. Steve’s educational background includes a bachelor’s
degree from Olivet Nazarene University, an M. Div. from Nazarene Theological
Seminary and an MBA from Arizona State University.
